Terms and Conditions for Commission Work

       Please be advised I do not sell any of the kits shown .

In-Progress:

In progress shots of your project will be provided at every crucial stage

via e-mail. It is the clients responsibility to communicate any changes or additions to the project prior to each final stage.

Any additions will be charged according to time and materials involved.

Shipping:

HBM will use the best and most conscientious shipping service to insure your kit arrives safely home to you. Higher shipping costs may occur due to the nature and size of some projects.

It is the clients responsibility to inquire on extra shipping insurance for a given project.

Shipping costs have dramatically increased over the last few years, especially internationally. Please keep this in mind when submitting a commission inquiry.

The quality of wrapping and packaging of projects will not be compromised to offset shipping costs.

Repairs:

As each project is unique, great care is given to ensure no damage will occur. Any reasonable damage will be repaired.

First time repairs due to shipping damage will be repaired no charge. Customer to pay for shipping to and from the studio.

HBM reserves the right to refuse repairs on significantly damaged parts.

Quotes;

All quotes do not include shipping charges. They will be calculated and passed on to you when available as the final charges due.

Payments;

One half down required on project start date or prior.

First 100.00 dollars or less is NON-refundable, if the client cancels the project for any reason.

Balance due Prior to shipping completed kit.

When your kit arrives some minor assembly may be required.

HBM will guide you thru this process.
